Own revenue across Bunker and Castle. Build the team, the partner channel, and the process that turns strong product pull into a repeatable enterprise machine.

What you will do

Own the number: new business, expansion, and renewals, with a forecast the board can trust.

Build and scale the partner channel with institutional wallet providers, our highest converting pipeline source.

Hire, coach, and manage AEs while personally closing the largest strategic logos.

Install commercial discipline: deal stages, qualification, pricing posture, and pipeline hygiene.

What we look for

10+ years in enterprise sales for security, infrastructure, or fintech, with 4+ leading teams.

Proven channel or partner led growth, not just a direct selling background.

Credibility with CISOs, infrastructure leads, and compliance officers in regulated environments.

A track record of 6 and 7 figure closes with multi stakeholder, multi month cycles.
