Build customer facing consoles and admin surfaces end to end.
Design and implement APIs that treat the audit log as a product surface.
Partner directly with design and the founders; no layers in between.
Own uptime as well as features from first sketch through production telemetry.
Share in on-call rotations to maintain error budgets and service level objectives for your applications and provide post mortems.
4+ years of full stack engineering in production.
Strong in front end design with Svelte, Vue.js, or a similar framework, PEP8 Python, and Go.
Experience creating AWS-native applications - IAM least privilege, event driven designs, Lambda, Dynamo.
Security instincts: authn/authz, secrets management, and data protection are second nature, not an afterthought.
Experience taking part in on-call rotations and incident response.
Product sense and pride in polish and well architected functionality.
