Run the operating rhythm: leadership meetings, quarterly planning, OKRs, and board materials.
Own special projects across partner programs, product launches, compliance milestones, and hiring.
Act as the CEO's leverage: meeting prep, communications, and follow through on commitments.
Surface conflicts and blockers across product, sales, and marketing, and drive them to resolution.
5+ years in startup operations, consulting, banking, or a prior CoS or BizOps role.
Exposure to fintech, security, or digital assets strongly preferred.
Board ready writing and real project management chops.
Low ego, high ownership, and discretion with sensitive information.
